By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or registering for the Authority Video Vault program, the Proof Pipeline Workshop, or any related offer (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Who we are

The Site and Services are operated by Steve Gast (“we”, “us”, “our”).

3. The Services

• Authority Video Vault is a 6-week coaching sprint described on this Site.
• The Proof Pipeline Workshop is a live/recorded training session. Free registration includes live attendance; the optional VIP upgrade includes the replay and the full Proof Pipeline course, as described at the time of registration.
• Offers, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Registration and accounts

When you register for a workshop or book a call, you agree to provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of any scheduling or account links sent to you.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid offers (such as the VIP seat) are processed by our third-party payment provider. All sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout. Free offers do not require payment and are provided as-is.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site and provided through the Services — including videos, worksheets, replays, and course materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute this content without our written permission.

7. No professional or investment advice

Content on this Site is for educational and informational purposes. It is not a guarantee of results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances.

8. Third-party services

We use third-party providers — including MailerLite, Calendly, and Google Analytics — to operate the Site and Services. Your use of those providers' features is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
